MCA21 has been devised to bring about a transformation in the experience that you as authorized representatives of companies and certified professionals perceive, in dealing with Ministry of Company Affairs for the statutory compliance of the Indian Companies act 1956. MCA21 programme is starting with online application and registration process of all existing and prospective directors of companies.

To provide you with secure online interactions with ministry and in compliance with IT Act 2000, a director, authorized signatories and professionals will be required to acquire a DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) from any Licensed Registering Authority like Renaissance Technologies®
Why USB e-Token?

A Digital Signature certificate (DSC) is kept in Internet Explorer of the computer system (PC). However, keeping DSC on your computer system has following draw backs:
 

 It can be misused by anyone who has access to your computer system.
DSC is lost if the computer system is formatted or Internet Explorer is changed.

 
Accordingly, safe and proper method is to keep DSC on e-token, a small USB port devise, which is password protected. The said e-token is a small hardware device and can be plugged to the USB port of any system to digitally sign documents and when not in use can be kept in safe custody.
Documents Required to be Submitted by the Applicant :
   
A) Attested* copy of any one: Passport / Driving License / Voters ID / PAN Card / PF Statement / PF Book / Ration Card
B) Attested* copy as address proof of any one
 
Latest telephone bill (landline or mobile) / Latest electricity bill / LIC receipt (if LIC policy)
Required only if the applicant is a CA/CS/ICWA : Documentary Proof of Professional Membership (ICAI, ICSI, ICWAI)
Latest Photograph of the applicant
C) Only for Directors
 
Declaration giving Director details duly attested by CA / CS as per the format given in the second page of the application form
   
Note: * Attestation may be by a Bank Manager of a Nationalized or Private bank (excluding Cooperative banks) / Public Notary / Class I Gazetted Officer / Company Secretary.
* In case the address on application is same as on document submitted under A (as above) then document mentioned in B is not required.
